Lenora has been a massage therapist for the past 24 years, helping her clients to manage chronic pain, reduce stress, or recover from injuries and be the best version of themselves. She was recently named the 2023 Businesswoman of the Year by the Greene County Chamber of Commerce.
In her spare time, Lenora enjoys landscape photography, gardening and learning new massage techniques. She also serves on the Catskill Board of Education and is the president of the Catskill Education Foundation. In the future, she hopes to continue to expand Alternative Body Works as a safe place that provides alternative wellness treatments.
